We check your print-ready file for page size, margins, image resolution, embedded fonts and bleed. We flag issues before production and confirm the proof and binding with you.
Print, bind and deliver
We manage printing, binding and finishing, then check the finished books before delivery in Lusaka or elsewhere in Zambia.

- Save the book as a single PDF with pages in reading order
- Embed fonts or convert text to outlines
- Use 300 dpi images at the final print size
- Include bleed if any colour or image runs to the edge

Common Questions
How many books can you print?
We quote short runs and larger runs. Digital printing is typically used for around 5–500 copies and offset printing for 500+, depending on the book. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm the most suitable option.
Can you print a book from a PDF?
Yes. Send your print-ready PDF and we will check it before production. If the file is not ready, we will tell you what needs to change rather than printing something that will not bind or read correctly.
Do you print hardcover books?
Our confirmed book formats are softcover: perfect bound, saddle stitched and spiral or comb bound. If you need a hard cover or another special finish, tell us before sending files and we will confirm whether it is available for your job.
Can you help with editing, design or an ISBN?
We are a printer, not a publisher. We can print from files prepared by you or your designer, and we can refer you to trusted design partners in Lusaka where helpful. Editing, ISBN registration and publishing arrangements remain with you.
Do you deliver outside Lusaka?
Yes. We deliver in Lusaka and to other parts of Zambia. Tell us the delivery location and date when you request a quote so delivery can be planned with production.
What affects the price of a book?
Page count, finished size, paper, colour, binding, cover finish and quantity all affect the price. Larger quantities usually improve the unit rate. We quote from your actual specifications rather than a generic price list.
