Information Sibs AI May Access

Sibs AI may be set up to work with business information that your organisation approves. This may include messages, documents, PDFs, policies, procedures, reports, customer notes, quotations, schedules, website information and other work materials you choose to make available.

TumpeTech does not need access to every part of your business. During setup, you decide what information Sibs AI may use and what should remain outside the system.

Customer Responsibility

Your business remains responsible for the information it provides, the accuracy of business records, staff permissions, legal obligations and final decisions made from any Sibs AI output.

You should not provide information to Sibs AI unless your organisation has the right to use it for the approved business purpose.

Human Review and Approval

Sibs AI is an assistant. It can help prepare drafts, summaries, reports, reminders and suggested next steps, but important outputs should be reviewed by authorised people before being sent, filed, published or used for decisions.

Privacy Commitments

• TumpeTech aims to access only the information needed for the approved setup and support work.
• Access should be limited to authorised users and agreed business purposes.
• Business information should not be used for unrelated purposes without customer approval.
• Customers may request changes to approved information sources, users and workflows.

Security Principles

TumpeTech applies practical security principles such as access control, least-necessary access, human approval for important actions and clear setup boundaries. No system can be guaranteed to be risk-free, so customers should also maintain their own security practices, passwords, staff controls and data governance.

Support Boundaries

Support is provided for agreed Sibs AI setup, training, approved workflows and technical adjustments. TumpeTech is not responsible for inaccurate customer records, unauthorised information shared by customer staff, or business decisions made without appropriate human review.
