Terms of Service
These terms explain the practical boundaries for using Sibs AI as a managed business assistant from TumpeTech.
Service Overview
Sibs AI is provided as a managed AI business assistant implemented and supported by TumpeTech. TumpeTech may help assess your workflows, configure approved tasks, support approved system setup, customise workflows, train staff and provide ongoing support.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for setup and support.
- Approve which users, documents, messages and work areas Sibs AI may use.
- Review important outputs before sending, filing, publishing or acting on them.
- Maintain appropriate staff permissions, passwords and internal controls.
- Use Sibs AI only for lawful business purposes.
Acceptable Use
Sibs AI must not be used to break the law, mislead people, impersonate others, access information without permission, harass people, create harmful content, or bypass security controls. TumpeTech may refuse or stop support for unsafe or unlawful use.
Human Approval
Sibs AI may prepare drafts, summaries, reminders and suggested actions. It should not be treated as a final authority for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety or other important decisions. Your business remains responsible for final review and approval.
Limitations
AI systems can misunderstand instructions, miss context, produce incomplete results or make mistakes. Sibs AI's usefulness depends on the quality of information, permissions, setup and human review. Not every requested integration, workflow or channel will be available for every business.
Support Boundaries
TumpeTech provides support for agreed setup, training and approved workflows. Support does not include responsibility for customer business decisions, customer staff misuse, inaccurate records, third-party service outages or work outside the agreed scope.
Changes to Service
TumpeTech may adjust Sibs AI setup, instructions, channels or workflows with customer approval as business needs change. Some changes may require additional assessment, setup time or cost.
